Service

Our in home service team is here to ensure you get the most out of your appliances by keeping them alive. We are specially trained, insured and bonded to repair most North American built products. Our service fee is $115 +HST, includes 30 minutes of time. If we have to order you a part and return to your home you are still on that initial 30 minutes of time. (No second charge to return). Often times we can be at your home on the very next business day

And, we guarantee our work for 90 days. One advantage you gain from booking with Pirie Appliances is that if your appliance is deemed not repairable and you purchase your replacement appliance from us we will credit half of the paid service fee towards your new purchase. 

Parts

We have a fully stocked parts & accessories department covering all major brands. Talk to one of our experienced parts consultants. If we do not have the part you are looking for we can source parts in as quickly as next business day. To ensure we get your part order correctly, a great way to start is with your BRAND & MODEL NUMBER.

Delivery & Installations

Pirie Appliances: Where delivery is always free. Our delivery & installation team is covering all corners of the Niagara Region. Our team not only specializes in the installation of all built in home appliances, we are also licensed and registered with TSSA to provide installation on gas appliances.

When you purchase from Pirie Appliances we are your authorized warranty provider. We ensure your new appliance is perfectly installed to all manufacturer’s specs. Purchases of non-built in or gas appliances are almost always subject to free delivery, set-up & removal of your old appliance.

• Refrigerator Water Line Installation (Shut Off Included, To Be Surveyed & Quoted) - Min $125
• Window Air Conditioner Installation (To Be Surveyed & Quoted) - Min $80
• Electric Range or Dryer Receptacle Installation - Min $80

These prices reflect our rough in ready requirements or switching out of old appliances.

In Shop Repair

Our in house shop technician specializes in repairs such as microwaves, air conditioners and cleaning of oven doors. If you are uncomfortable with a technician visiting your home or are trying to save a few dollars you can also bring you major appliances to our shop for repair.

Shop Fee is $50+HST and we will provide a diagnosis & repair quote.
